Real News,
Made for One.
Fresh pages for search, and a daily email your list has a reason to open.

indexable page on your hosted news site. You pick the topics; nobody on
your team writes a word.

Pages built for search
Every story gets its own indexable page on your hosted news site (yourname.rnews1.com) that links back to your website. The latest stories go in its sitemap and RSS feed, and the same source article is never written up twice for your topics.
In every inbox, every day
Each day's issue goes to everyone on your list, with your company's name on the masthead and, when there is news, the lead headline as the subject line. A flat $25 a month covers unlimited recipients, so a bigger list never costs more.
Written for you, automatically
Pick one industry and two keywords, or let RNews1 suggest them. Each day it finds coverage from the last two days, writes up to three stories in its own words, names and links each publisher, and sends the issue. In English, Spanish, French or German.
WHAT EACH READER GETS
Your industry, covered every day.
RNews1 turns your topics into a daily issue: a lead story in full and the rest as short summaries, each crediting and linking its publisher. Every issue carries your company's name on the masthead and, when there is news, the lead headline as its subject line. The same stories publish to your hosted news site, one indexable page each.
- One industry and two keywords you choose, or let RNews1 suggest them
- The day's lead headline as the subject line
- Original write-ups that name and link each publisher
- Unlimited recipients, no per-seat pricing
- An indexable page for every story on your hosted news site, plus an RSS feed and an embed
Summaries are based on available source material and may contain errors. Original reporting remains with the linked publishers.
HOW THE PRICE STAYS AT $25
Sponsored stories pay for the rest.
Issues can carry a clearly marked sponsored story and a small number of ad placements, sold and served by RNews1. That advertising is what keeps your newsletter at a flat $25 a month however large your list grows.
Sponsored placements are always labelled and never presented as your own editorial. Your list is used only to send your newsletter: RNews1 never mails it anything else, advertisers never receive it, and they never see who received their ad.
Is this another newsletter tool?
Newsletter tools send what you write. RNews1 writes it. You choose the topics and add the addresses; RNews1 finds the news, writes the stories, sends the issue every day and publishes each story to your hosted news site.
What happens after signup?
Confirm your email, enter your company name and domain, choose your topics and preview the coverage, then activate for $25/month. Your newsletter starts with the next daily send, with you as its first reader. Then add addresses to your list: at 10, counting yours, your news site, feed and embed go live.
Why add 10 addresses?
A newsletter needs readers. Your news site, feed and embed go public once 10 addresses are on your list, and yours counts as the first. Ten is a starting line, not a cap: add any address you're entitled to email, as many as you like. Everyone you add gets the next issue.
Does it publish to my own website?
Your stories live on your news site at yourname.rnews1.com, and every page links back to your website. Paste the embed or RSS feed into your own pages to show the latest headlines there. To move the whole site onto a domain you own, such as news.yourcompany.com, choose enterprise.
Need a custom deployment?
Enterprise engagements start at $10,000, subject to scope. They include a custom domain for your news site and embeds without the RNews1 mark; ad-free issues, dedicated hosting, your own sponsors and advanced exclusions are scoped as custom work.
